My name is Jon "Stew" Stewart. I am a BBQ enthusiast and entrepreneur who discovered a deep passion for all things barbecue during the COVID-19 pandemic while stationed at Royal Air Force Base Alconbury, England. What started as a hobby in 2020, turned into a fiery love for smoking, grilling, and crafting mouthwatering BBQ dishes.

I am a husband and father to 4 children and am an active-duty member of the U.S. Air Force currently stationed in Anchorage, Alaska. My journey in BBQ has led me to officially start my own BBQ catering business, where I share my passion through delicious meals, BBQ content, reviews, and tips across social media. I love connecting with fellow BBQ enthusiasts and helping others discover the joy of BBQ like I have.
