My name is Jon "Stew" Stewart. I am a BBQ enthusiast and entrepreneur who discovered a deep passion for all things barbecue during the COVID-19 pandemic while stationed at Royal Air Force Base Alconbury, England. What started as a hobby in 2020, turned into a fiery love for smoking, grilling, and crafting mouthwatering BBQ dishes.

I am a husband and father of 4 children (5 if you count our Goldendoodle named Teddy!) and am an active-duty member of the U.S. Air Force currently stationed in Anchorage, Alaska for the past year. My journey in BBQ has led me to officially start my own BBQ catering business, where I share my passion through delicious meals, BBQ content, reviews, and tips across social media. I love connecting with fellow BBQ enthusiasts and helping others discover the joy of BBQ like I have. From backyard grillers to seasoned pitmasters, I believe there is something for everyone in the world of BBQ.
